MADU CONSTANCE IFEAGOCHUKWU is an adaptable and innovative Business Development Officer with over 10 years of experience in the Nigerian banking sector. She studied Education Accounting from Imo State University (IMSU) Owerri. She started her banking career immediately after NYSC with Sterling Bank PLC as a Business Relationship Manager where she gained experience and skills at lead generation, determining client needs and all aspects of high level sales. Her diverse positions have allowed her to specialize in negotiation and planning which she consistently exceeds business goals. Due to her exceptional skills in developing new business opportunities, she was recommended to start work with Pennywise Microfinance Bank as Customer Service Manager. In less than 2years, she was promoted to Head the Business Development Department Unit. She has undergone trainings in Business Development, Business Strategy, Marketing and Sales in Microfinance banking.
